Versigent (VGNT) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.92 per diluted share, up from $1.89 a year earlier.
Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.63.
Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $2.44 billion, up from $2.21 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $2.33 billion.
The company raised and tightened its full-year 2026 net sales guidance to $9.4 billion to $9.6 billion from $9.1 billion to $9.4 billion. Analysts expect $9.3 billion.
The company's shares were up more than 10% in premarket trading.
