0703 GMT - AstraZeneca's 2030 revenue target looks compelling and the U.K. drugmaker can achieve it through organic growth, J.P. Morgan analysts say in a research note. The Financial Times reported that AstraZeneca held merger talks with U.S. rival Bristol Myers Squibb. AstraZeneca declined to comment, while BMS didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. "We see these unconfirmed reports as surprising as we remain confident in Astra's ability to achieve their 2030 $80 billion revenue target organically and see sufficient depth in the pipeline to sustain growth beyond 2030," the JPM analysts say.
