Inspire Medical Systems Analysts Raise Their Forecasts Following Strong Q2 Results

Inspire Medical Systems Inc (NYSE:INSP) on Monday reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and raised its FY26 guidance.

Inspire Medical Systems reported quarterly earnings of 14 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of a loss of 27 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $200.581 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $194.671 million.

Inspire Medical raised its FY2026 adjusted EPS guidance from $0.75-$1.25 to $1.05-$1.45 and also increased its sales guidance from $825.000 million-$875.000 million to $835.000 million-$875.000 million.

“Our second quarter results reflect the increased discipline and focus we are bringing to the business as we continue to support customers through the evolving coding and reimbursement environment and invest in the long-term adoption of Inspire therapy,” said Tim Herbert, Chairman and CEO of Inspire Medical Systems.

Inspire Medical shares jumped 14.6% to $59.85 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Inspire Medical following earnings announcement.

  • Baird analyst Mike Polark maintained the stock with a Neutral and raised the price target from $54 to $59.
  • Piper Sandler analyst Adam Maeder maintained the stock with a Neutral and raised the price target from $55 to $60.
