Whirlpool (WHR) late Monday reported an ongoing Q2 loss of $0.21 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $1.34 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.06.
Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $3.52 billion, down from $3.77 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $3.55 billion.
For the full-year 2026, the company expects ongoing EPS of $2.50 to $3.00 on revenue of about $15.0 billion.
Analysts expect $1.95 and $14.90 billion, respectively.
