Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $4.19 billion, up from $4.16 billion a year earlier.
An analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $4.22 billion.
The company said it expects full-year 2026 adjusted earnings per share to see a low single digit decline on a constant-currency basis.
The company continues to expect 2026 organic sales growth to be 100 basis points below its weighted average category growth in the categories.
