Pfizer (PFE) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.77 per diluted share, down from $0.78 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.68.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $15.03 billion, up from $14.65 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $14.40 billion.
For 2026, the company maintained its adjusted diluted EPS guidance of $2.80 to $3.00 while narrowing its revenue outlook to between $60.5 billion to $62.5 billion from its previous $59.5 billion to $62.5 billion.
Analysts expect $2.94 and $61.77 billion, respectively.
