The government has introduced measures that appear positive for medium-term transaction volumes. These include the removal of 15-month wait-out period for private residential owners buying resale public-housing flats and an extension of timeline to complete and sell large-scale en-bloc sites. RHB Research lifts its 2026-2028 net profit forecasts for the real estate services provider by 2%-3%. It raises the stock's target price to 0.74 Singapore dollar from S$0.71, with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 6.1% higher at S$0.61.
