Twilio Analysts Increase Their Forecasts Following Better-Than-Expected Q2 Earnings

Twilio Inc (NYSE:TWLO) on Thursday reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.

Twilio posted second-quarter revenue of $1.50 billion, beating analyst estimates of $1.43 billion, according to Benzinga Pro. The cloud-based customer engagement company reported adjusted earnings of $1.47 per share for the quarter, beating estimates of $1.32 per share.

"We are in a powerful new chapter at Twilio, marked by another quarter of organic growth acceleration as well as record profitability and free cash flow," said Khozema Shipchandler, CEO of Twilio.

Twilio sees third-quarter revenue in the range of $1.505 billion to $1.515 billion. The company anticipates third-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.42 to $1.47 per share.

Twilio also raised its full-year 2026 revenue growth guidance from a range of 14% to 15% to a new range of 18% to 18.5%.

Twilio shares rose 17.5% to $227.01 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Twilio following earnings announcement.

  • BTIG analyst Nick Altmann maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $245 to $285.
  • Needham analyst Joshua Reilly maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $250 to $280.
