Construction Partners Shares Rise After Increasing FY26 Guidance, Higher 3Q Profit, Revenue

Shares of Construction Partners rose after the civil infrastructure company raised its full-year guidance and reported a jump in third-quarter revenue and profit.

The stock was up 18% to $117.78 in recent trading, and has risen 8% since the start of the year.

The company reported net income of $59.6 million, or $1.06 a share, compared with $44 million, or 79 cents a share, a year earlier.

Adjusted earnings a share were $1.08. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.01.

Revenue rose 28% to $999.4 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $948.8 million.

Chief Executive Fred Smith III, said demand for both public infrastructure and commercial construction projects remained healthy throughout its markets.

The company raised its outlook for fiscal 2026 to revenue between $3.64 billion and $3.68 billion and net income between $165 million and $168 million. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting revenue of $3.61 billion and net income of $160.8 million.
