Oklo Inc. (NYSE:OKLO) shares are trading higher on Friday, up nearly 8%, after the company reported its first-ever revenue figure.

Earnings Snapshot

The company reported second-quarter revenue of $1.21 million, significantly exceeding the estimated $126,250.

It reported a loss of 28 cents per share, wider than the analyst estimate of loss of 16 cents per share.

Oklo ended the second quarter with $1.6 billion in cash and cash equivalents.

For 2026, Oklo expects operating cash flow of $120 million-$150 million, while capital expenditures for property, plant, and equipment are projected at $400 million to $500 million.

Aurora Powerhouse Update

The company remains focused on deploying its first Aurora powerhouse by 2028 while navigating supply chain, construction, and design challenges.

Oklo achieved several key deployment and regulatory milestones for the same. The company secured a site use permit from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) location and received a fuel allocation of five metric tons of HALEU produced from recovered uranium from previously irradiated EBR-II fuel at INL for a commercial Aurora powerhouse in Idaho.

As part of the construction and operating approval process, Oklo had previously submitted the Nuclear Safety Design Agreement and Preliminary Documented Safety Analysis (PDSA) for the Aurora-INL project, which represent two of the five stages in the DOE’s regulatory pathway for nuclear facility operations.

During the quarter, Oklo announced AI-focused collaborations with NVIDIA, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Battelle Energy Alliance to advance AI-enabled reactor design, simulation, fuel development, engineering workflows, and its Pluto reactor system under the DOE’s Reactor Pilot Program.

Other Key Updates

Oklo continues to expand its customer pipeline across multiple industries, with non-binding letters of intent signed with Equinix, Diamondback Energy, and Prometheus Hyperscale. The company also secured a 12 GW Master Power Agreement with Switch in December 2024, one of the largest corporate PPAs to date.

In January 2026, Oklo entered a prepayment agreement with Meta to support the development of a 1.2 GW power campus in Ohio for Meta’s data centers. The funding will help Oklo secure nuclear fuel and advance the project’s initial phase.

Oklo also signed a letter of intent with Centrus Energy in June 2026 for potential HALEU fuel supply to support multiple years of requirements for up to five Aurora powerhouses, with deliveries expected from 2029.
