Aehr Test Systems (AEHR) said Tuesday it has received an order from its lead silicon photonics wafer-level burn-in customer for a fully automated FOX-XP multi-wafer production burn-in system.

The follow-on production order will support the continued expansion of the customer's manufacturing capacity for next-generation silicon photonic integrated circuits, the company said.

Aehr said it expects to ship the system during H1 of 2027.

Shares were up over 19% in afternoon trading.
