Longfor (HKG:0960) recorded contracted sales of 2.09 billion yuan in July with a gross floor area (GFA) of 239,000 square meters.

For the seven months ended July 31, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 18.6 billion yuan and nearly 2 million square meters, respectively, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.

For the seven months, revenue from property operation and service stood at around 15.9 billion yuan, of which operating income was 8.52 billion yuan and service income came in at 7.39 billion yuan.
