These Analysts Boost Their Forecasts On Unity Software After Better-Than-Expected Q2 Results

Unity Software Inc (NYSE:U) on Thursday posted upbeat second-quarter 2026 financial results and issued strong third-quarter guidance.

For the second quarter, Unity reported revenue of $546.47 million, reflecting a 24% year-over-year increase. This easily topped analyst consensus estimates of $514.61 million. Adjusted EPS arrived at 28 cents per share, beating the consensus estimate for a loss of 9 cents per share.

Looking ahead, Unity projected third-quarter strategic revenue between $540 million and $550 million, ahead of Wall Street consensus estimates of $538.79 million. Third-quarter adjusted EBITDA is expected to reach $185 million to $190 million, up 69% to 74% year-over-year.

“This was arguably the best quarter in Unity’s history as a public company,” said Matt Bromberg, President & CEO of Unity. “The ongoing success of Unity Vector AI, combined with the most exciting product roadmap in Unity’s history, is helping drive substantial value for creators, players, and shareholders.”

Unity Software shares rose 4.9% to $42.80 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Unity Software following earnings announcement.

  • B of A Securities analyst Omar Dessouky upgraded the stock from Neutral to Buy and raised the price target from $30 to $50.
  • Deutsche Bank analyst Benjamin Black upgraded the stock from Hold to Buy and boosted the price target from $31 to $50.
