Flutter Entertainment Q2 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; 2026 Revenue Outlook Lowered

Flutter Entertainment (FLUT) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.49 per share, down from $2.95 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.54.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $4.33 billion, compared with $4.19 billion a year earlier.

Analysts expected $4.23 billion.

The company said it now expects 2026 revenue of $17.44 billion to $18.39 billion, down from $17.66 billion to $18.96 billion previously. Analysts expect $18.21 billion.

In addition, Flutter Entertainment said Dan Taylor will be its new chief executive, starting Oct. 1.

Taylor will succeed Peter Jackson, who will step down as CEO and board member on Sept. 30, but will stay as an advisor through the end of the year, the company said.

Shares of Flutter Entertainment were down more than 5% premarket Wednesday.
