Marvell Technology (MRVL) has introduced new artificial intelligence memory infrastructure products to support cloud providers with independent memory scaling, the company said Tuesday.

The products include the Bravera SC6 solid-state drive controller, Structera X memory expansion platform, and Photonic Fabric optical architecture to improve data center token efficiency, the company said.

Marvell expects to begin sampling the Bravera SC6 controller during Q4, the company added.

Shares of the company were up roughly 14% in Tuesday trading.
