Celestica (CLS) said Friday it completed a $3.45 billion equity offering through the sale of about 11.1 million common shares priced at $310 each.

The offering comprised roughly 9.7 million common shares, with the underwriters fully exercising their option to purchase an additional 1.5 million shares.

Celestica said it expects to use the net proceeds for working capital, investments in capital expenditures and other general corporate purposes.
