Roku (ROKU) reported Q2 earnings late Thursday of $1.08 per diluted share, up from $0.07 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of $0.61.
Net revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $1.35 billion, up from $1.11 billion a year earlier.
Analysts expected $1.30 billion.
The company said it did not provide a financial outlook because of its pending acquisition by Fox (FOXA, FOX).
