Insulet Corp. (NASDAQ:PODD) stock traded lower Wednesday after the insulin pump maker reported second-quarter results that topped Wall Street expectations but lowered its full-year revenue guidance and issued third-quarter sales guidance that came in below analysts’ estimates.

“We delivered another quarter of broad-based growth, robust margin expansion, and positive free cash flow,” CEO Ashley McEvoy said. She added that while the company is updating its outlook based on what it is learning as it expands in the Type 2 diabetes market, its long-term growth opportunity remains unchanged.

Insulet ended the second quarter with $534.9 million in cash and cash equivalents, down from $716.1 million at the end of 2025. The company generated $202.2 million in operating cash flow during the first six months of 2026 and reported free cash flow of $145.4 million.
