Reef Casino Trust (ASX:RCT) said a third supplementary target's statement was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) regarding an off-market takeover bid by Iris Cairns Property, as trustee for the Iris Cairns Property Trust, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The takeover bid is unconditional as of Thursday after all required Queensland Government approvals were secured and the minimum acceptance condition was waived.

Iris confirmed that it does not intend to appoint any nominees to the Reef Corporate Services board, the responsible entity for Reef Casino Trust, until after the end of the offer period.

Reef directors continued to urge unitholders to accept the takeover offer.
