Nova (NVMI) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $2.51 per diluted share, up from $2.20 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $255 million, up from $220 million a year earlier.

The company said it expects Q3 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $2.70 to $2.85 per share on revenue of $277 million to $287 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.70 and $277.1 million, respectively.
