Janus Living (JAN) reported Q2 adjusted funds from operations late Tuesday of $0.24 per diluted share, up from $0.17 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.25.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $216.5 million, up from $148.9 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $215.2 million.
The company now expects full-year 2026 adjusted FFO of $0.95 to $0.98 per share, compared with its prior guidance of $0.93 to $0.97. Analysts expect $1.04.
