Amrize (AMRZ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.88 per diluted share, up from $0.81 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.95.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $3.49 billion, up from $3.22 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.37 billion.
The company raised its 2026 revenue guidance to between $12.5 billion and $12.7 billion from its prior forecast of between $12.29 billion and $12.52 billion. Analysts expect $12.45 billion.
The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.11 per share, payable Aug. 26 to shareholders of record on Aug. 18.
Shares of Amrize were down nearly 5% in after-hours trading.
