DXC Technology (DXC) said Wednesday it has launched DXC Workplace Services, an artificial intelligence-driven platform designed to support worker efficiency and corporate IT systems without introducing new tools.

The offering uses the company's OASIS orchestration system and automated workflows to anticipate technology needs, resolving technical issues across email, chat, and voice channels before work suffers, it added.

The platform lowers operational complexity by 40%, cuts service desk volume by 60%, and returns over 15 hours of productivity to each worker monthly, the company said.
