Forehope Electronic (SHA:688362) will buy back between 100 million yuan and 150 million yuan of shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The integrated circuit packaging company will purchase between 805,802 and 1.2 million shares at up to 124.10 yuan apiece.

Forehope will use the repurchased shares for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentive schemes.
