These Analysts Revise Their Forecasts On Cava Following Q2 Results

CAVA Group Inc (NYSE:CAVA) on Tuesday reported better-than-expected second-quarter results.

Cava reported second-quarter revenue of $365.43 million, beating the consensus estimate of $360.53 million, according to Benzinga Pro. The company posted adjusted earnings of 19 cents per share, beating estimates of 18 cents per share.

"Our second quarter results underscore the continued strength of our category-defining brand and the resonance of our value proposition with today’s consumer," said Brett Schulman, co-founder and CEO of Cava Group.

Cava reaffirmed expectations for 2026 same-restaurant sales growth to be between 4.5% and 6.5%. The company also affirmed its adjusted EBITDA guidance of $181 million to $191 million, as well as expectations for opening 75 to 77 new restaurants this year.

Cava shares gained 17.2% to $71.28 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on Cava following earnings announcement.

  • TD Cowen analyst Andrew M. Charles maintained the stock with a Buy and lowered the price target from $100 to $85.
  • RBC Capital analyst Logan Reich maintained the stock with an Outperform rating and raised the price target from $90 to $95.
