Product validation is progressing, with shipments set to ramp up in coming quarters, he says, referring to the upcoming platform without naming Nvidia's Vera Rubin directly. Greater automation, vertical integration and improved system-delivery capabilities are helping Foxconn win new projects, he adds, noting that it's on track to achieve its goal of 50% market share. While customer demand and project visibility remains highly positive, Chiang says next year's industry AI cabinet volumes will ultimately depend on the availability of advanced AI chip packaging capacity.
