Outlook Therapeutics (OTLK) priced a public offering of about 55.6 million common shares and accompanying warrants at $0.99 apiece, for $55 million in expected gross proceeds, the company said late Wednesday.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to buy up to 8.3 million additional securities.

The company expects the offering to close Friday and plans to use the net proceeds for commercial activities and general corporate purposes.

Outlook Therapeutics shares were down 14% in premarket activity Thursday.
