Top cryptocurrencies were mixed Wednesday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) holding above the $63,000 level.

The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, rose 0.2% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 gained 0.7%, the S&P 500 rose 0.3%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was relatively unchanged.

Bitcoin was flat at $63,311, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume rose 8.7% to $$22.54 billion.

Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, rose 0.7% to $1,881.

XRP (XRP-USD) lost 0.4%, BNB (BNB-USD) was down 0.1%, and Solana (SOL-USD) gained 0.6%. Dogecoin (DOGE-USD) shed 0.3%, and Cardano (ADA-USD) declined 0.7%.

The total market value of the cryptocurrency industry rose 0.3% in the past 24 hours to $2.17 trillion, with trading volume rising 2.6% to $53.6 billion.
