Innventure Inc. (NASDAQ:INV) shares fell 44.73% in Thursday’s after-hours trading after the company reported second-quarter 2026 results and suspended its previously communicated 2026 revenue and cash flow expectations for Accelsius.

The stock closed Thursday’s regular session up 2.27% at $3.60 before falling 44.73% to $1.99 in after-hours trading.

Innventure is an industrial growth conglomerate focused on commercializing technology solutions and building companies around breakthrough technologies.

Q2 Revenue Rises, Loss Narrows

Innventure reported second-quarter revenue of $953,000 compared with $476,000 a year earlier.

The company reported a net loss of $34.9 million, compared with $141.3 million in the year-ago quarter. Loss attributable to Innventure shareholders narrowed to $26.5 million from $84.2 million.

Basic and diluted loss per share improved to $0.32 from $1.60.

Accelsius Outlook Suspended

The major development was related to Accelsius, Innventure’s liquid-cooling business.

Innventure said it is suspending its previously communicated expectations for Accelsius’ 2026 revenue and cash flow, citing evolving conditions in the AI infrastructure market, including power availability, GPU access and deployment timing.

CEO Bill Haskell said the company remains confident in the long-term opportunity for two-phase liquid cooling but is shifting its focus toward milestones needed for scaled market adoption.

"We firmly believe the industry is moving toward a future where two-phase liquid cooling becomes an essential part of AI infrastructure," Haskell said.

The company said it continues to anticipate significant long-term demand for two-phase liquid cooling as AI infrastructure requirements accelerate.
