Shares in Birkenstock Holding jumped after the footwear company reported higher revenue and raised its full-year sales guidance.

The stock climbed 17% in early U.S. trade to $43.09.

Revenue rose 13% to 720 million euros ($829.9 million) in the fiscal third quarter, driven by performance in Europe and Asia.

Net profit fell to 110 million euros, or 60 euro cents a share, from 129 million euros, or 69 cents a share, a year earlier. The company attributed the decline primarily to nonrecurring, noncash expenses related to an accelerated share repurchase and refinancing. Adjusted earnings per share were 74 cents.

Birkenstock said growth was broad-based, with revenue increasing 11% in the Americas, 15% in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and 18% in the Asia-Pacific region on a reported basis. The company opened 13 new company-owned stores during the quarter, bringing its total to 124 as of June 30.

Chief Executive Oliver Reichert said direct-to-consumer growth accelerated, helped by investments in its retail stores and digital business.

Birkenstock raised its fiscal 2026 revenue-growth forecast to 15%, from a previous target of 13% to 15%. The company maintained its adjusted EPS forecast of 1.90 euros to 2.05 euros.
