These Analysts Revise Their Forecasts On McGraw Hill After Q1 Results

McGraw Hill Inc (NYSE:MH) on Thursday reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results.

McGraw Hill posted adjusted earnings of 59 cents per share, beating market estimates of 48 cents per share. The company’s sales came in at $549.903 million versus expectations of $532.044 million.

McGraw Hill affirmed FY2027 sales guidance of $2.115 billion-$2.175 billion.

“McGraw Hill’s strong start to fiscal year 2027 reflects the strength of our strategy and the trust that millions of educators and institutions place in us to deliver successful learning outcomes,” said Philip Moyer, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. “This quarter, we exceeded our expectations while building positive momentum as we prepare for the most important quarter of our fiscal year.”

McGraw Hill shares fell 0.7% to $13.47 in pre-market trading.

These analysts made changes to their price targets on McGraw Hill following earnings announcement.

  • BTIG analyst Marvin Fong maintained the stock with a Buy and lowered the price target from $19 to $17.
  • BMO Capital analyst Jeffrey Silber maintained the stock with an Outperform rating and raised the price target from $16 to $17.
