Orora (ASX:ORA) logged AU$0.114 earnings per share before significant items in fiscal 2026, the same as the previous year, a Thursday filing showed.

For the 12 months ended June 30, sales revenue was AU$2.23 billion versus AU$2.09 billion previously, the Australia-listed manufacturer added.

The company's board declared a final dividend of AU$0.04 per share, down from AU$0.05 a year earlier, payable Oct. 6 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 31.

The company expects fiscal 2027 earnings before interest, taxes, and depreciation (EBIT) to be lower than in fiscal 2026, impacted by higher depreciation and amortization and lower Saverglass unit EBIT.
