In accordance with the terms of Annaly's 6.95% Series F Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series F Preferred Stock"), the Board has declared a Series F Preferred Stock cash dividend for the third quarter of 2026 of $0.561677 per share of Series F Preferred Stock, which reflects a rate of 8.98683%, equal to three-month CME Term SOFR (plus a spread adjustment of 0.26161%) on the Dividend Determination date plus a spread of 4.993%.

In accordance with the terms of Annaly's 6.50% Series G Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series G Preferred Stock"), the Board has declared a Series G Preferred Stock cash dividend for the third quarter of 2026 of $0.521706 per share of Series G Preferred Stock, which reflects a rate of 8.16583%, equal to three-month CME Term SOFR (plus a spread adjustment of 0.26161%) on the Dividend Determination date plus a spread of 4.172%.

In accordance with the terms of Annaly's 6.75% Series I Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series I Preferred Stock"), the Board has declared a Series I Preferred Stock cash dividend for the third quarter of 2026 of $0.573903 per share of Series I Preferred Stock, which reflects a rate of 8.98283%, equal to three-month CME Term SOFR (plus a spread adjustment of 0.26161%) on the Dividend Determination date plus a spread of 4.989%.

In accordance with the terms of Annaly's 8.875% Series J Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series J Preferred Stock"), the Board has declared a Series J Preferred Stock cash dividend for the third quarter of 2026 of $0.554688 per share of Series J Preferred Stock.

Dividends for the Series F Preferred Stock, Series G Preferred Stock, Series I Preferred Stock, and Series J Preferred Stock are payable on September 30, 2026 to preferred shareholders of record as of September 1, 2026.
