Zhong Ao Home (HKG:1538) has terminated an agreement for unit New Trillion Industries to form a joint venture with Tseung Choi Wing Queenie.

The move comes as the parties do not expect the relevant conditions to be fulfilled by Sept. 30, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The parties had entered into the JV agreement in July.
