AVAX One Technology CFO Chris Polimeni Resigns

AVAX One Technology (AVX) said Chief Financial Officer Chris Polimeni resigned, effective Aug. 17.

Stephanie Brady, 57, was promoted to chief accounting officer and will be the primary financial officer, effective immediately, the company said Wednesday in a regulatory filing. She had been corporate controller since January.

Pete Wylie, interim CEO and chief operating officer, has prior CFO experience and will support the finance organization through the transition, the company said.

Polimeni will remain with the company as a financial consultant through Dec. 31.
