Centurion (SGX:OU8) established a sustainability financing framework to support eligible green and social projects across its accommodation portfolio.

The framework covers 10 categories, including green buildings, renewable energy, energy efficiency and affordable housing, according to a Monday Singapore Exchange filing.

Centurion will report annually on the allocation of proceeds and the environmental and social impact of projects financed, where possible and subject to data availability.

The company is targeting a 15% reduction in electricity consumption intensity by FY2030 from a FY2022 baseline and has a long-term ambition to reach net-zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, it said.
