Zentalis Pharmaceuticals (ZNTL) said late Monday it closed a public offering of nearly 26.5 million common shares at $3.50 apiece for gross proceeds of $92.6 million.

The offering comprised close to 3.5 million shares issued upon the full exercise of an overallotment option by the underwriters, according to a statement.

Net proceeds will be used to fund clinical trials, regulatory filings, manufacturing, pre-commercial activities, and other general corporate purposes, the company said.
