Kulicke & Soffa Industries (KLIC) has appointed Raj Talluri as president and chief executive officer, starting Sept. 1, the company said late Monday.

Talluri joins Kulicke & Soffa from Enovix (ENVX), where he most recently served as president and CEO.

Lester Wong, who has been serving as interim CEO, will continue to serve as executive vice president and chief financial officer, Kulicke & Soffa said.
