Xiamen Amoytop Biotech (SHA:688278) adjusted the proposed investment amounts for its convertible bond fundraising projects, following a net proceeds shortfall.

Net proceeds came to 1.52 billion yuan, lower than the planned 1.53 billion yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The adjustments affect the Biotech innovation integration center project, which saw its allocation reduced to 446.2 million yuan from 461.9 million yuan.

Shares of the drugmaker were up 7% Wednesday.
