BWP Trust (ASX:BWP) logged AU$0.5593 in earnings per security attributable to security holders of the group for fiscal 2026, a Wednesday filing showed.

For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue from ordinary activities was AU$209.3 million versus AU$203.3 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate investment trust added.

The company declared a final dividend of AU$0.0983 per security, up from AU$0.0945 a year earlier, payable Aug. 27 to shareholders as of June 30.

BWP Trust guided for fiscal 2027 distribution of AU$0.20 per security, reflecting an expected payout ratio of about 104% of funds from operations for the year.
