Goldman Sachs (GS) agreed to acquire commercial real estate investor LCN Capital Partners for up to $410 million, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing Marc Nachmann, head of Goldman's wealth- and asset-management division.

According to the report, LCN focuses on sale-leaseback transactions and triple-net leases, with operations in the US and Europe. LCN's founders, Edward LaPuma and Bryan Colwell, are expected to join Goldman following completion of the transaction, Bloomberg said.

The acquisition will allow Goldman to offer real estate lease solutions to corporate clients and expand its private real estate investment platform, Bloomberg added.

Goldman Sachs did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
