Vox Royalty (VOXR) said Thursday that its Vox Royalty Australia unit has signed a binding agreement to acquire two royalty interests in Australia for up to 3.4 million Australian dollars ($2.4 million).

The interests are the Kalman Royalty in Queensland and the Sylvania Royalty in Western Australia, the company said.

The company said the Kalman Royalty is a 2.0% royalty on production from Queensland tenement EPM13870, while the Sylvania Royalty comprises a 1.0% net smelter return royalty on precious minerals and a 1.5% net smelter return royalty on all other minerals.
