East Money Information (SHE:300059) completed the issuance of 2.6 billion yuan in two bond tranches, according to an after-hours filing on Tuesday with the Shenzhen bourse.

The first tranche has an offering size of 1.4 billion yuan with a three-year term and a coupon rate of 1.8%, while the second tranche's offering size is 1.2 billion yuan with a five-year term and an interest rate of 2%.

The bonds form part of a 20 billion-yuan bond program.

Shares in the financial information company fell 2% during the midday break on Wednesday.
