For fiscal year 2026, Fabrinet reported revenue of $4.64 billion, compared with $3.42 billion in fiscal year 2025.

GAAP net income was $473.0 million, compared with $332.5 million in fiscal year 2025.

GAAP net income per diluted share was $13.05, compared with $9.17 a year earlier.

Non-GAAP net income was $510.9 million, compared with $368.8 million, while non-GAAP net income per diluted share was $14.09, compared with $10.17.

First-Quarter Fiscal 2027 Guidance

For the first fiscal quarter ending Sept. 25, 2026, Fabrinet expects revenue between $1.375 billion and $1.425 billion.

The company expects GAAP net income per diluted share between $3.39 and $3.54, based on approximately 36.3 million fully diluted shares outstanding.

Non-GAAP net income per diluted share is expected to be between $4.10 and $4.25, based on approximately 36.3 million fully diluted shares outstanding.

Fabrinet said its non-GAAP guidance excludes share-based compensation expenses and certain non-recurring items.
