South Korean AI chip maker Rebellions is in talks with the US-based technology company Nvidia on a potential partnership including an investment or an acquisition, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The preliminary talks were held between Nvidia Chief Executive Officer Jensen Huang and Rebellion's co-founder and CEO Sunghyun Park early this week in California.

Rebellions and Nvidia did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
