Sangfor Technologies (SHE:300454) returned to profit in the first half, recording a net profit attributable to shareholders of 231.2 million yuan from the year-ago attributable loss of 227.6 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Saturday.

The information technology company's shares fell 4% during Monday's afternoon trade.

Earnings per share were 0.52 yuan, compared with a year-ago loss per share of 0.54 yuan per share.

Operating revenue jumped 33% to almost 4 billion yuan from about 3.01 billion yuan a year earlier.
