King River Resources (ASX:KRR) said a systematic soil sampling program will begin across priority target areas at the Mindoolah gold project in Western Australia on Aug. 30, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
It also commissioned a high-resolution airborne magnetic survey covering 5,939 line-kilometers over additional prospective ground.
The firm secured a preferred contractor for the next phase of reverse circulation drilling at Mindoolah, with site mobilization targeted for early October.
Its shares fell 5% in recent trading on Monday.
