Perenti (ASX:PRN) logged AU$0.205 in underlying earnings per share for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.191 a year ago, a Monday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue from continuing operations was AU$3.34 billion versus AU$3.35 billion previously, the Australia-listed mining services group added.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.045 per share, up from AU$0.0425 a year earlier, payable Oct. 28 to shareholders on record as of Oct. 14.
Perenti expects to achieve revenue of between AU$3.45 billion and AU$3.65 billion in fiscal 2027, along with earnings before interest and taxes (A) of AU$335 million to AU$355 million.
