LoanDepot (LDI) said late Friday it received a deficiency letter from the New York Stock Exchange, conveying its non-compliance with continued listing standards.

The company's average closing price of Class A common stock fell below $1.00 per share over a consecutive 30 trading-day period, according to a statement.

The company said it will respond to the notice within ten business days with its intent to fix the deficiency.
