HD Hyundai Construction Equipment (KRX:267270) terminated its treasury stock acquisition trust contract with KB Securities following its expiration.

The contract, originally valued at 60.9 billion won, started on Feb. 10 and ended Aug. 10, according to a bourse filing on Friday.

Under the trust contract, the company acquired 424,511 common shares, which will be transferred to its securities account upon termination and subsequently canceled.

As of Aug. 10, the company held 424,829 treasury shares in total, representing 0.89% of its 47.9 million issued shares.
